Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Requisition food and kitchen supplies. Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods. Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food. Supervise kitchen staff and helpers. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. Clean kitchen and work areas. Manage kitchen operations. Employment terms options: Evening. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years. Employment terms options: Morning. Day. Support for newcomers and refugees: Supports social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: facilitating access to community resources, language training, skills training, etc.). Support for youths: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth. Support for Indigenous people: Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers . Support for mature workers: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for mature workers .
