Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Outdoors. Wet/damp. Hot. Tasks: Rake and collect refuse. Cart and spread topsoil and other materials. Lay sod or seed. Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment. Clean and maintain equipment. Build patios, garden walls and other decorative installations. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Handling heavy loads. Physically demanding. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months. Support for youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
