About this role
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs. Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair. Perform minor repairs to equipment. Make minor repairs to furniture. Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment and uniforms. Ensure safety procedures are followed. Provide information or services, such as employee assistance and counselling. Equipment, eystems and controls experience: Building system. Area of work experience: Material handling. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Standing for extended periods. Employment terms options: Early morning. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
