Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Work site environment: Hot. Odours. Tasks: Direct greenhouse and nursery operations. Supervise staff in shoots positioning and seed cutting. Control reported insect, disease and weed problems. Determine type and quantity of stock to grow. Establish and maintain required environment. Establish work schedules. Hire, train and supervise staff. Order materials and stock. Supervise staff in planting, transplanting, feeding and spraying.
