Main duties of the job We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Steep House Nursing Home, a 56 bedded residential, nursing, and dementia care facility with a CQC rating of 'Good' and a 9.9 rating on Carehome.co.uk. This role, based in Petersfield, requires you to support residents in their daily lives, offering a nurturing and supportive environment. Working full time, 44 hours per week, you will be required to work four 12-hour shifts weekly, including both day and night shifts and alternate weekends. In return, you will receive £13.45 per hour, a Blue Light Discount Card, holiday and days out discounts, long service awards, a recognition programme, and more.
