You will be instrumental in developing a culture where excellence in care, safety, quality, and clinical risk management are at the heart of everything we do.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing visible and inspirational leadership, ensuring robust quality assurance systems and processes are in place across the division. Ensuring group quality indicators, regulatory requirements, and clinical governance standards are consistently achieved. Leading, coaching, and developing a team of quality professionals, empowering them to deliver outstanding outcomes and reach their full potential. Partnering with operational leaders to drive continuous improvement and encourage innovation across our homes. Challenging conventional approaches and supporting the development of a learning culture where best practice is shared and celebrated. Acting as a trusted subject matter expert, providing guidance on regulatory compliance, quality initiatives, new services, and business projects. Supporting the Director of Quality with professional nursing leadership, clinical advice, and organisational learning. To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
Registered Nurse status with a current NMC registration or demonstrable equivalent clinical expertise.. A minimum of five years' experience within a Quality and Care leadership role. Proven experience leading, developing, and motivating high-performing teams. Strong knowledge and experience of quality assurance systems, governance frameworks, and audit processes. Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements within the health and social care sector. The ability to analyse complex data, identify trends, and present meaningful reports and recommendations. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build effective relationships at all levels.
