ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as a Registered Nurse will be to act as person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required and observe all instructions to act upon his/her behalf whilst you ensure high standards of care to our residents.

Main duties of the job As a Registered Nurse - Bank at Rosebery Manor Care Home, your focus will be to stand in as the person in charge when needed, ensuring high standards of care for our residents. Your responsibilities will include nursing tasks like distributing medication, dressings, catheterization, tube feeding, and managing chronic medical conditions. You'll also advise families and GPs of any changes in residents' conditions, oversee the care team to ensure that all tasks are completed during your duty phase, and provide high standards of care by undertaking accurate assessment and planning. The ideal candidate will hold a First Level qualification, current NMC Registration, a minimum of 2 years' experience, and demonstrate good interpersonal skills. You'll be expected to adhere to our values of being caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable. A DBS Disclosure check is required, fully covered by Avery Healthcare.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your focus asa Registered Nursewill beto act as person in charge,standingin for the Manager asrequiredandobserveall instructions to act upon his/her behalfwhilst youensurehigh standardsof care toourresidents.

Other responsibilitieswillinclude:

Qualifications Essential
