Main duties of the job As a Regional Decorator at Avery Healthcare, you will be integral in maintaining and enhancing the decor of care homes within the Northampton area. This permanent position offers up to £30,000 per annum, where you'll join a vibrant and caring community. Your role involves carrying out decoration and improvement works across Avery Healthcare Group, ensuring our spaces are as welcoming as the people in them. You will be responsible for sourcing materials, collaborating with directors to plan and deliver improvements, preparing risk assessments, conducting inspections, and producing reports. Your expertise in traditional building trades, understanding of Health & Safety practices, and hands-on maintenance skills are crucial. Qualifications Essential
Solid knowledge across traditional building trades and understanding of Health & Safety practices, including Moving & Handling and COSHH. Confidence with hands-on maintenance tasks and the ability to work independently with initiative.
