Make an impact with our Consulting – Human Resources team as a Senior Consultant. This diverse team of professionals develops innovative strategies that make a positive impact on clients' businesses. As a trusted advisor, you'll integrate human resources considerations and expertise into clients' strategy, structure, systems and processes.

Responsibilities
• Propose, plan and deliver consulting engagements with a focus on organization and people services in the private, and not-for-profit sectors
• Provide HR support and services to clients on a fractional basis including building and rolling out HR systems, processes and tools, advising leaders, and responding to emerging issues.
• Execute projects related to talent management, performance management, human resource strategy and policy development, compensation, change management, organizational review and design,
• Develop project plans and coordinate project logistics with clients and other stakeholders
• Conduct detailed research and data collection, interviews, focus groups and surveys
• Perform in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis and consolidate results to provide meaningful conclusions and recommendations
• Identify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients; ensure client needs are met and relationships grow and develop
• Review, design and develop high-quality deliverables including reports, presentations and other correspondence
• Lead engagement teams, developing effective relationships with clients while coaching and mentoring junior team members
• Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the preparation and delivery of competitive proposals
• Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary
Skills and Experience
• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, organizational development, organizational psychology, behavioural sciences or other related field
• CPHR, Prosci, CMC, PMP or other related designations or certifications are considered an asset
• 4 to 5 years of progressive human resources experience, ideally in a entrepreneurial and/or changing environment
• Experience building and rolling out HR programs
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
