The Residential Shift Supervisor helps ensure high-quality care and support for individuals served by Hope Network. This role supervises shift operations, supports staff performance, assists with program management responsibilities, and helps ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and person-centered service requirements.
What You'll Do
• Supervise workforce members and coordinate daily shift activities
• Support implementation of person-centered plans and treatment goals
• Assist with staffing schedules, on-call responsibilities, and program operations
• Monitor program quality, documentation, and regulatory compliance
• Administer and monitor medications as required
• Coordinate community activities and support engagement of persons served
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and supportive environment
• Assist with house maintenance and facility needs
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to team members
• Support other residential programs as needed

What You'll Bring
Preferred:
• Associate degree in a related field
• Experience in residential, behavioral health, rehabilitation, or human services settings
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience
Required:
• High school diploma/GED with two years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written formats
• Ability to work under challenging conditions
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and other workplace technology
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to pass required background screenings and training requirements
