What you'll be doing:
• Invite Sales Director to facilitate further exploration and potential sales of new services when necessary
• Conduct ongoing needs assessments with customer base to identify areas for partnership
• Consult with customers and develop solutions for challenging business problems
• Renew existing business
• Provide online Employee Orientation Sessions and Supervisory Training
• Understand customer needs, and identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling
• Review and develop promotional and awareness tool and strategies
• Update CRM (Salesforce), ensuring accurate customer information
• Manage customer account to contract satisfaction
• Participate in sales presentations as requested
• Attend regular customer meetings
• Deliver Wellness Sessions
• Provide consultation to leaders regarding organizational psychological health & wellness and employee issues
• Prepare, review, analyze and deliver customer reports
• Respond to customer queries and concerns
• Facilitate new customer launches and implementation activities, the distribution of promotion materials, and custom-designed service delivery components when required
What we're looking for:
• 2-year diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, HR or other relevant discipline
• 2-3 years' experience in a professional business to business sales and/or account management environment
• Ability to apply critical, analytical thinking and creativity when developing customer-focused solutions
• Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills; French language skills are an asset
• Strong business acumen and unbridled curiosity
• Strong customer service, problem solving and negotiating skills
• Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
• Excellent presentation and meeting facilitation skills
• Ability to work independently as well as contribute to team objectives
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, and CRM software (Salesforce)
• Valid driver's license, access to vehicle, and the ability to travel
