About this role
Responsibilities but not limited to:
• Negotiating lease terms and conditions with tenants and overseeing the execution of lease agreements
• Analyzing current and emerging market trends to derive actionable business insights
• Investigating and resolving tenant complaints, ensuring compliance with occupancy regulations, and conducting vacancy inspections
• Reviewing and verifying renovation plans and schedules
• Taking appropriate actions against violators of occupancy rules and enforcing company policies
• Collaborating with local/state government agencies, commercial real estate firms, brokers, and marketing agencies to improve tenant business performance and identify new real estate opportunities
Qualifications / Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or 3~4 year experience in related fields
• Bilingual in Korean and English
• High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
• Proficient in MS Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel skills
