Position Summary

Site Security Supervisor position is responsible for managing all aspects of security at a field location, including reporting, liaison, and crisis management. This will be a rotational field-based position.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and participate in security planning.

• Plan and oversee security related drills.

• Respond to an manage together with Logistic Support Manager all security incidents at the field.

• Oversee and mange access control processes.

• Liaison with Asayish officials to ensure access to site is coordinated.

• Record and maintain vehicle and personnel entry and exit logs and assist with personnel and vehicle searches when necessary.

• Lead security training and conduct toolbox talks for security personnel.

• Review and enforce Company's standard operating procedures, emergency response protocols, site evacuation and protocols relevant to his field.

• This role includes monitoring, maintaining and operating CCTV cameras.

• Interact with the Oilfield Police Force daily.

• Perform as the interpreter, for the Logistic Support Manger as required.

• Responsible to observe and uphold a health and safety culture and to assume a natural position in local agitation or other conflicts.

• Interact with local authorities when so instructed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Five years of experience in field access control for oil and gas, and security industry.

• Have working knowledge and experience in operating CCTV.

• Shall have basic PC skills.

• Have a good knowledge and understanding of all SOP and emergency response protocols.

• Experienced in use of radios and communications equipment and the operating procedures.

• Fully Proficient in English.

• Must be presentable, courteous, and professional in appearance and conduct.

• Proving experience dealing in a multicultural environment.
