Senior .NET Software Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Software Engineer to join our team. You will work on a mature, production-grade codebase and take an active role in modernising it — migrating from .NET Framework 4.8 to .NET 10 while maintaining and extending existing functionality.
Responsibilities
• Maintain and extend an existing .NET codebase across backend and frontend
• Drive the incremental migration from .NET Framework 4.8 to .NET 10
• Build modern frontend features in React.js alongside existing plain JavaScript/HTML
• Write and optimise T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and database logic
• Work within a multi-threaded, async/await oriented architecture
Requirements
• Strong C# experience across both .NET Framework and modern .NET (6+/10)
• Proven experience migrating legacy .NET applications to modern .NET
• Solid JavaScript skills, with hands-on React.js experience
• Good working knowledge of T-SQL (SQL Server)
• Understanding of multi-threaded and asynchronous programming patterns
• Ability to read, understand, and refactor existing production code without full documentation
Nice to have
• Experience with Kubernetes or containerised deployments
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
