Current Opportunities & Pay Rates:

Maintenance Technicians

$22.00 - $42.00 per hour

• Multiple experience levels available

• Industrial maintenance experience preferred

• Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and welding experience welcomed

Forklift Drivers

Starting at $21.50+ per hour

• Pay based on experience

• Previous forklift experience required

• Manufacturing and warehouse experience preferred

Extrusion Operators

Starting at $19.00+ per hour

• Pay based on experience

• Manufacturing experience preferred

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills a plus

Shift Premium

Night Shift Employees Receive an Additional 10% Shift Premium!

Schedule Options

2/2/3 Schedule

• Day Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:00 PM

• Night Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:00 AM

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment

• Support production uptime and continuous improvement initiatives

• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings

• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and line improvements

Forklift Driver Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts in a manufacturing environment

• Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility

• Maintain inventory accuracy and support production operations

• Complete daily equipment inspections and safety checks

Extrusion Operator Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion equipment to produce high-quality building products

• Monitor machine performance and product specifications

• Perform quality inspections and basic troubleshooting

• Support safety and continuous improvement initiatives
