About this role
We're looking for a Product Manager to own end-to-end mobile app - from product vision to hands-on delivery.
This is not a backlog-management role. You'll be the product owner with high autonomy, working as an individual contributor (no direct reports) and reporting directly to the Product Lead.
What you'll own
• Vision → roadmap. Shape the vision for our mobile app and break it down into an executable roadmap.
• Product discovery. Continuously uncover and validate user needs.
• Hypotheses & experiments. Design and run experiments, working hand-in-hand with marketing so the product always leaves room for marketing hypotheses.
• Delivery. Organize yourself and the team around shipping - you own the fact that features actually go live.
• Data. Make data-informed decisions and work fluently with metrics.
• Prototyping. Prototype fast and validate ideas cheaply.
• AI workflows. Optimize product and team processes with AI.
• Mobile specifics. Account for mobile B2C realities - store release cycles, retention, monetization, onboarding.
Must-haves
• 4+ years in product management, most of it in B2C mobile apps (EdTech a strong plus).
• Sharp product discovery skills.
• Data fluency and an experimental mindset.
• Strong self- and team-organization for delivery.
• Rapid prototyping.
• Experience optimizing workflows with AI.
• Solid understanding of mobile app specifics.
Nice to have
• Strong UX/UI skills.
• Strategic thinking.
What we value
Extreme ownership · Bias for action · Result-oriented · Systems thinking.
