About this role
Primary Responsibilities
• Provides technical support for all plant maintenance planning, scheduling, and work order systems using the Maximo CMMS program.
• Determines labor costs and material requirements for all work orders.
• Provides all information about the parts on a purchase requisition so it can be quoted out.
• Develops, issues and posts project schedules.
• Ensures drawings and machine center information are kept current and organized.
• Prepares annual maintenance goals. Conducts weekly work order scheduling meetings along with work order assignments for the following week. Publishes weekly work order schedules.
• Develops site downtime database and required maintenance.
• Reports the results and costs associated with top downtime issues.
• Secures that plant histories are collected and stored in the Maximo CMMS system.
• Prepares all outage schedules and meetings.
• Tours job site when needed for any clarification of issues on the projects. Helps resolve planning/ scheduling issues, Maximo CMMS and department issues.
• Measures and reports on maintenance benchmarks.
• Provides assistance to operating department managers with budget preparations.

Job Qualifications
• Five years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Maximo CMMS experience. Having held a position where the Maximo CMMS database was used.
• A successful candidate will be a self-starter with a strong mechanical aptitude.
• Intermediate math skills are required. Must have a strong problem solving acumen.
• Excellent computer skills and knowledge of computer technical terms are a must.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs, Maximo CMMS, and Project Scheduler is required.
