Lunch & Kitchen Assistant
OTC Flow is looking for a dedicated and responsible Lunch & Kitchen Assistant to join our office. This part-time position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming kitchen and lunch environment. Responsibilities
• Assist our Office & Hospitality team in meal preparation, including the setup of food service areas and serving stations.
• Serve meals to employees, ensuring portion control and adherence to dietary guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and tidy dining area.
• Receive and store orders for food, beverages, and other supplies.
• Restock food, beverages, and condiments as needed.
• Collaborate to ensure a smooth lunchtime operation.
• Assist with setting up and clearing the lunch service.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene and food safety are maintained at all times.
• Support the Office Manager with general kitchen duties as needed.
Note: Duties may vary based on the specific needs and operations of the kitchen.
About you
• Previous experience in food service, kitchen, or cleaning roles is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and a customer-service-oriented approach.
• Reliable, responsible, and proactive, with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing needs.
• Enjoys preparing food and creating a pleasant lunch experience for colleagues.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices is a plus.
• Comfortable working in an office environment and interacting with colleagues throughout the day.
• Currently residing in the Netherlands and eligible to work for at least 20 hours per week.
