LSINC is looking for a Digital Printing Applications Specialist to join our growing Applications team. This is more than a technical support position—it's an opportunity to help manufacturers transform the way products are decorated and produced through industrial digital printing.
As a Digital Printing Applications Specialist, you'll work with some of the world's most advanced digital printing systems, helping customers develop new products, solve production challenges, optimize print processes, and successfully transition to digital manufacturing.
Every week is different. One day you may be developing a new printing process in our Applications Lab. The next, you may be helping install a machine at a customer site, training operators, or working alongside our engineering team to improve the next generation of products.
Key Responsibilities
• Support machine installations and customer startups alongside our Field Service team.
• Troubleshoot print quality, workflows, substrates, pretreatment, and production challenges.
• Develop and validate new digital printing applications.
• Test inks, coatings, pretreatments, fixtures, and workflows.
• Produce customer samples and application demonstrations.
• Train customers, dealers, and LSINC employees.
• Support customer demonstrations and trade shows.
• Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Field Service to continuously improve our products and customer experience.
Qualifications
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience with digital printing, industrial equipment, automation, manufacturing, or related technologies preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40–60%, including occasional international travel.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a passport.
