The Position
We are looking to recruit a dynamic and motivated Vessel Operator to join our team at our Head Office in Limassol. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day commercial operation of a fleet of dry cargo vessels. Requirements
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
• Holds a University degree in shipping, Maritime Studies or the ICS diploma
• 3–5 years of experience in dry bulk voyage execution (time charter level)
• On board experience will be considered an advantage
• VMS (voyage management system) literate
• Strong understanding of the dry cargo market, charter parties, port operations, weather routing
• Good knowledge of bills of lading, cargo documentation, and basic marine insurance (P&I and H&M).
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Ambitious and motivated to contribute to the growth of our operations
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office
• Proficient in both written and verbal English
