About this role
Be on site during ops as part of the flight crew observing TX , following and performing all the prechecks and post checks.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance for electrical and mechanical equipment such as motors, drives, pumps, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and related utilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair faults in electrical circuits, PLCs, VFDs, and mechanical assemblies including gearboxes, bearings, couplings, and conveyors.
• Install, test, and commission new equipment as per technical drawings and safety protocols.
• Conduct detailed inspections, scheduled servicing, and calibration activities to ensure equipment reliability and safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare part usage, and documentation in compliance with company policy.
• Collaborate across engineering, production, and safety teams, providing technical support to minimize production loss and facilitate continuous improvement.
• Adhere to environmental and industry safety standards, reporting hazards and participating in mandatory safety drills.
