Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PR to PO to payment tracking).
• Prepare procurement MIS, dashboards, and management reports.
• Identify and onboard new vendors; maintain vendor documentation. ● Coordinate import shipments and customs clearance documentation.
• Ensure timely PO issuance with complete approvals and compliance.
• Maintain accurate procurement data in ERP (SAP / NetSuite).
• Take ownership of assigned procurement packages and timelines.
• Cost benchmarking analysis.
• Strong vendor-network in the drone industry and proven experience in procuring them.
• Collaborate with quality teams to ensure all components meet aerospace standards.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in drone manufacturing or the aerospace industry.
• Familiarity with UAV components, composites, or electronic subsystems.
• Experience with regulatory bodies (e.g., DGCA in India).
Required Skills
● MIS & reporting expertise (Advanced Excel, Google sheets)
● Vendor development & negotiation skills
● Import/export documentation knowledge
● ERP experience (SAP / NetSuite preferred)
● Strong coordination and ownership mindset
Qualification
B.E/B. Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil) or MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain/Operations.
