About this role

About CodesphereCodesphere is a Virtual Cloud Provider from Germany building the future of sovereign cloud infrastructure. Our platform gives enterprises and governments full sovereignty without giving up modern cloud capability – a vision recently validated by a series of multi-million European government tenders.

We’re scaling fast and would love for you to join us and grow alongside us 🚀

About the roleAs our Product Manager for Deployments (m/f/d), you'll own a foundational layer of that platform: core runtimes, deployment technology, networking, and observability. This is not a coordination role – it's a role for someone who takes ownership, challenges assumptions, and turns ambiguity into shipping.

What you'll driveYou shape the strategy for our deployment and runtime technologies – grounded in market insight and deep customer discovery

You lead the full product lifecycle: from PRD and user stories through to launch and iteration

You work closely with Engineering, SRE, and Design to deliver high-quality, mission-critical features on time

You act as the internal and external subject matter expert – supporting sales and marketing on go-to-market execution

You track KPIs, run RCA loops, gather user feedback, and continuously push product-market fit forward

What makes you a great fit3+ years in product management, ideally in SaaS, cloud, or developer tooling

Deep understanding of cloud technologies – containers, Kubernetes, PaaS/IaaS, and developer workflows

Proven track record of taking technical products from zero to launch

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for different audiences

Background in CS/Engineering or consulting is a plus

German is preferred but not a hard requirement

Based near Karlsruhe or Munich, comfortable with ~50% on-site presence

What's in it for you32 days of paid time off – 30 regular vacation days plus Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve off

Meal allowance – up to 15 digital vouchers per month, adding up to over €100 net for you

Flexibility – hybrid work setup with mobile work options and flexibility around core hours

Steep learning curve – fast-moving environment, real ownership, and a front-row seat to scaling a company
