Working closely with our Functional and Lead Organisation Transformation Consultants and Project Managers, you'll take the lead on tool configurations, data analysis, process tuning, and hands-on training ensuring adoption and long-term impact. Job requirements Key Responsibilities - Tooling & Technical Delivery: Configure and maintain Jira & Confluence, including workflows, automations, and permissions. Support testing and tool optimization activities - Business Analysis & Process Design: Translate business needs into tool configurations and process improvements.
