Key responsibilities - Manage and expand a portfolio of clients within actuarial, risk, and data domains. - Identify opportunities, qualify leads, and drive the full sales cycle from discovery to contract. - Translate client challenges into clear proposals, scopes, and value cases with internal experts. - Coordinate delivery expectations, timelines, and stakeholder communication to ensure client satisfaction. - Monitor market trends and competitor activity; provide input for service development and positioning. - Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and account plans using CRM and reporting tools. Required skills and experience - Commercial acumen: consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management. - Domain knowledge: actuarial concepts, insurance/pensions, risk modeling, and data/analytics services. - Communication: able to explain complex models and data insights to business stakeholders. - Collaboration: works effectively with actuaries, data scientists, and delivery teams. - Analytical mindset: comfortable with KPI-driven account management and value measurement.
