EUR 42,150 - EUR 63,000 This is a key role supporting the FP&A Director for the Professional Haircare business, contributing to global management reporting, business planning, and commercial insight, with a focus on driving financial performance. The FP&A Analyst will support the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts for the salon business, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and robust planning processes. The role involves working closely with stakeholders across R&D, Marketing, functional cost owners, and central FP&A teams. This position goes beyond traditional financial control, providing proactive guidance and support to budget holders on all aspects of budget management and profitability.
