What You Will Do: - Operate: ensure the production machines function efficiently and address any minor issues during operation - Replenish: keep the production lines stocked with necessary materials and ingredients to maintain a steady workflow - Package: oversee the packaging process, ensuring all products meet our high-quality standards - Inspect: perform visual quality checks to ensure all products meet our specifications - Collaborate: work closely with your team to maintain a positive, safe, and productive working environment Wat we je bieden We believe in rewarding your hard work with a supportive and structured environment where you can thrive.
