Partner with leadership to support business decisions through timely, reliable financial insights. Core responsibilities - Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery. - Oversee general ledger activities, account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation. - Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and documentation. - Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax/regulatory requirements. - Coordinate external audits and serve as the primary contact for auditors and key stakeholders. - Develop and mentor accounting staff; set goals, review performance, and improve team workflows. - Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements to increase efficiency and data quality. - Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting in partnership with FP&A and leadership.
