SHIFTLEADER BANQUETING - On-site - - Vinkeveen , Noord-Holland , Netherlands - €2,505 - €3,032 per month - Food & Beverage - The Harbour Club Vinkeveen Preparation is essential in this role. You make sure every detail is arranged, every setup is correct, and every team member knows their responsibilities. During events, you coordinate the workflow, support your colleagues, and step in where needed to keep everything running smoothly. When the event schedule allows, you also assist other departments such as breakfast, lunch, or dinner service. You are proactive, organized, and confident in managing both your time and your team.
