Requirements - Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution. - 10 + years of experience in commercial and industrial construction in project controls (mostly in scheduling) - Prefer experience in biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Experience in other related industries are acceptable. - Computer Systems: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Primavera P6; Microsoft Project. - Experience in commissioning and validation will be a critical skill. - Strong technical knowledge in schedule management in construction projects. - Strong analytical skills for scheduling analysis and initial schedule development and risk analysis. - Strong skills in leadership, communication, and problem solving.
