Clear quotations, complete information, and timely follow-up make all the difference in getting projects off to the right start. That's where you come in. For our team, we are looking for a Sales Support Specialist who enjoys bringing structure to day-to-day processes, keeping things organised, and staying connected with both customers and colleagues. In this role, you take over customer enquiries once they have been discussed by the Account Manager. You prepare quotations, follow up on open requests, and make sure all information is complete and correctly recorded. You keep an overview, spot what still needs to be done, and take action to keep things moving. You're in regular contact with customers, answering questions, checking in, and making sure expectations are clear. At the same time, you work closely with Account Managers, Technical Experts, and Operations colleagues to make sure everything is aligned and handed over smoothly. Because of your structured and proactive way of working, things don't get lost or delayed. You help create a smooth process from the first enquiry through to execution - and in doing so, you contribute to the quality and reliability of the certification work that follows.
