About this role
As a C Driver, you are responsible for driving the truck and delivering a wide range of food and non-food products to customers such as restaurants, cafés, sports clubs, and company canteens. Together with your driver’s assistant, you handle loading and unloading and ensure deliveries are completed safely and efficiently. This is an active role where you are frequently on the move and work in all weather conditions. You will primarily work from Monday to Friday, with regular shifts on Saturdays. Your start time is fixed, but flexibility is required regarding your finishing time. At the start of the day, you review the route together, load the truck, and begin your deliveries. You also handle basic administrative tasks and provide friendly, customer-focused service. After completing your route, you return to the depot and check in for any additional assignments. If you perform well, you will have the opportunity to obtain your CE license and grow within the company. - Valid Category C driving licence and Code 95; - In possession of a digital driver card; - Own transport (car/moped/scooter/motorcycle); - Experience as a driver; - Living in the vicinity of Berkel en Rodenrijs; - Presentable appearance; - Available full-time and flexible; - Good command of the English language, both spoken and written; From the job description, you may have already noticed that this is a physically demanding role in which you do more than just drive the vehicle.
