For our Projects department, we are looking for an energetic project preparator, someone who is a true team player and knows how to take action! What will you do as a Project Preparator? As a project preparator, you work in our project team. You primarily ensure that the right people and materials are in the right place at the right time. You go through projects in detail and identify bottlenecks. Additionally, you are responsible for accurate documentation processing and making post-calculations & reports. You maintain contact with our customers, suppliers, and your colleague project managers and engineers. On a regular basis, you accompany to project discussions and project locations. What are we looking for? - A minimum completed vocational education; - Administrative experience; - You have a customer and service-oriented attitude; - You are collegial, social, positive, and have a flexible attitude; - You are accurate and analytical; - You are able to maintain an overview and set the right priorities; - Quality is high on your list; - Available 32-40 hours.
