An exciting opportunity is available for you to join our team as an Underwriting Excellence Coordinator, where you will manage our underwriting compliance framework and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our underwriting processes. In this role, you will not only oversee the "Zurich Way" of underwriting, but also collaborate with colleagues to uphold strong underwriting governance and drive excellence across the organization. This is a fulltime hybrid role where you will be working from our office in The Hague, Netherlands. Working parttime can be discussed (minimum of 4 days per week). Role Overview: As Underwriting Excellence Coordinator, you will leverage your passion and experience in underwriting to manage our compliance framework and champion improvements across our underwriting processes. You will be responsible for overseeing the business across the Beneux, drawing on your motivation to deepen specialized knowledge of insurance products, industries, and markets. Together with your colleagues you will actively support the development of policies, governance, and regulatory standards within underwriting, helping to define Zurich's policy position and consistently ensure regulatory compliance organization-wide.
