Core responsibilities - Define and own AI quality and safety governance, including policies, controls, and escalation paths. - Partner with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Security, and Product teams to interpret regulations and translate them into implementable requirements. - Establish risk management frameworks for AI (e.g., model validation, monitoring, incident response, and audit readiness). - Oversee documentation and evidence generation (e.g., model cards, impact assessments, testing reports, and regulatory filings). - Lead reviews of AI use cases for safety, fairness, transparency, and accountability; drive mitigation plans and approvals. - Develop metrics and reporting for AI quality, safety KPIs, and regulatory compliance status. - Guide vendor and third-party AI assessments, contract requirements, and due diligence processes. - Train stakeholders on responsible AI practices and regulatory obligations.
