Als Learning Consultant bij EY adviseer je de interne business over Learning & Development, implementeer je het wereldwijde opleidingsaanbod, optimaliseer je het curriculum met evaluaties en feedback, analyseer je leerbehoeften en integreer je AI in leeroplossingen. Direct solliciteren Neem contact op Automatisch verbeterd voor betere leesbaarheid Role purpose: Partner with stakeholders to assess learning needs, design effective learning solutions, and improve performance through measurable, scalable training programs. - Conduct needs analyses, stakeholder interviews, and performance gap assessments. - Design and recommend learning strategies (instructor-led, virtual, blended, and eLearning) aligned to business goals. - Create or oversee development of curricula, lesson plans, job aids, and assessments. - Facilitate workshops or coach facilitators to ensure high-quality delivery. - Manage project timelines, scope, and communication with cross-functional partners. - Define success metrics and evaluate impact using feedback, assessment data, and performance outcomes. - Continuously improve content based on learner data, stakeholder input, and best practices. Required skills and qualifications - Learning design: instructional design, adult learning principles, and curriculum development. - Consulting: stakeholder management, discovery, and solution recommendation. - Facilitation: strong presentation and group engagement skills. - Measurement: evaluation planning, KPI alignment, and data-driven improvement. - Project management: prioritization, documentation, and on-time delivery. - Tools: familiarity with LMS platforms and common authoring/presentation tools.
