This role is built around the belief that AI is not just a feature, but a fundamental shift in how we develop products. You actively contribute to this shift by building the AI components that power our product and by helping the wider team work smarter with AI. Key Responsibilities - AI-First Engineering Actively experiment with and integrate the latest AI technologies into both the product and internal workflows - LLM & Retrieval Systems Design and build LLM-powered features, including RAG pipelines, embeddings and retrieval systems - Agent Orchestration & Context Engineering Build and maintain agent workflows, including context engineering, tool use and orchestration logic - Backend & API Development Design and build high-performance services and APIs using Python and FastAPI - Full-Cycle Delivery Independently deliver AI features end-to-end, from prototype to production, following solid software development practices (CI/CD, testing, databases) - Knowle...
