You will play a visible role within the organization and have a direct impact on the performance of our national and international operations. Based at our Rotterdam office, you will work closely with Operations, Finance, Global Management, and the Regional Directors of our locations worldwide. You will be a trusted advisor within our international organization and contribute directly to financial steering and strategic decision-making. Your role As an International Business Controller, you will act as the financial business partner to Global Management and our Regional Directors. You will support them with insightful analyses, strategic advice, and clear management information, enabling them to make well-informed business decisions. You analyze financial and operational performance, identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and translate complex data into meaningful insights that drive the business forward. You look beyond the figures by understanding why results differ, what impact these deviations have on the organization, and which actions are required to improve performance.
