Sales and General Commercial Negotiations role in Upstream Energy Sector Main Responsibilities • Manage Commercial Operations Advisor and Gas Pricing and Invoicing specialist team • Implement the gas and oil Marketing and Sales plan by managing the relevant negotiations with the 3rd parties and partners for lifting plan, over/under-lifting, pricing, security of payment • Follow up the full cycle of sales contracts, monitoring production operations • Provides timely input to the gas and oil sales strategy and plan for new initiatives in line with clients objectives and guidelines (Sales MSG) • Negotiate, draft and manage gas and oil sales/handling/processing, transportation agreements into existing (operated or not operated) facilities. • Negotiate and draft Sales And Purchase Agreements relevant to gas/oil/liquids production • Provide active support in negotiations and drafting of the general Commercial Agreement and Partnership Agreements • Manage and negotiate the ad-hoc commercial settlement relevant to the Sales and Purchase Agreements (oil ,condensate, gas sales agreements): oil ,gas quality adjustment procedures, off spec gas. • Negotiate and manage crude lifting and sales contracts • Supervise as well as manage oil, condensate and NGL liftings for NL.
