At Sif, we build the steel foundations for offshore wind farms across Europe - and we're looking for an OT Engineer who makes our production environment a little better every single day. What does an OT Engineer do? As OT Engineer at Sif, you are responsible for the daily management, maintenance, monitoring, and optimisation of our OT environment. You ensure the operational continuity of industrial automation systems and support production processes, Smart Factory solutions, and industrial data platforms. You report to the Manager IT Operations and work closely with production, maintenance, IT infrastructure, suppliers, and the OT Architect. - Operational management: You manage OT systems on a daily basis, monitor availability, performance, and reliability, resolve disruptions and incidents, and support production teams with OT-related issues. - OT infrastructure: You manage PLC environments, Kepware, ThingWorx, SCADA systems, industrial servers (Windows, Linux), Historian solutions, OT networks, and OT workstations. - ThingWorx development: You build dashboards and visualisations, connect sensors and machines, develop API integrations, and maintain existing ThingWorx solutions. - Integrations: You support connections between OT systems, MES, ERP (D365), Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and data warehouse solutions. - Security: You implement OT security baselines, support patch management, process vulnerabilities, and manage OT accounts and access rights.
