In this role, you ensure that our financial processes run smoothly, transparently, and efficiently, so the business can focus on what matters most. You take ownership of the full finance function, combining operational excellence with strategic insight. You ensure accurate reporting and compliance, while also translating financial data into clear recommendations that support decision-making. As part of the management team, you collaborate closely with Lely's Financial Shared Service Center in the Netherlands and contribute to strong financial governance across the organization. You lead a small and dedicated team within finance and administration and support them in their development. Key responsibilities include: - You lead and develop the finance and administration team - You own and improve accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance - You oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, the general ledger, and supporting processes - You manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycles - You coordinate financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control to support performance - You drive continuous improvements in financial processes and contribute to overall business efficiency What is your experience?
