What is your role? As a Business Application Specialist , you play a crucial role in the entire life cycle of our D365 Customer Engagement (CE) environment and other business applications. You are passionate about continuously improving Priva's solutions. Your role includes examining business and system needs, mapping processes, performing fit-gap analyses, creating solutions and producing comprehensive documentation. You will advise internal customers on opportunities and developments within your area, staying updated on changes in processes, software, technology, and organizational needs.
