As a contract manager for service and maintenance, you are operationally and financially responsible for the customer portfolio and relationship management with existing and new customers. You maintain close contact with customers, proactively advising and supporting them in finding the best solution for them As part of contract management, you are also responsible for some after-sales activities. For example, based on comments in the service engineer's work report, you instruct the sales department to prepare a suitable quotation. What are we looking for? - A minimum completed secondary vocational education (level 4); - At least 2 years' recent work experience in a similar position; - Knowledge of and/or affinity with electrical engineering; - Customer- and service-oriented attitude; - Collegial, social, positive and flexible attitude; - Accurate and analytical; - Available 32-40 hours.
