Maintenance Coordinator - Rotating - Rotterdam Practical: Startdatum: 3-8-2026 | End Date: 3-8-2027 | Hours per week: 40,00 | Contract Employment: Temporary | Salary: Around €90,000 per annum (outside CLA, depending on experience) Your role: the key player in rotating maintenance. This is not just a coordinating role - this is ownership. You will work at one of the most complex petrochemical sites in Rotterdam, where uptime, safety, and technical excellence are critical. As a Maintenance Coordinator Rotating, you act as the link between operations and execution. You ensure maintenance activities on rotating equipment are performed safely, efficiently, and with the right priorities. Team & environment You will be part of a team of three Maintenance Coordinators, working closely together. In this role, you will also collaborate with multiple departments across the organization, including operations, engineering, planning, and contractors. This is an onsite position based at the RBO site. Key responsibilities - Coordinate and manage maintenance activities for rotating equipment within your area - Align daily with operations on priorities and execution - Define maintenance scope based on failures, balancing reliability and cost - Lead contractors and ensure safety, quality, and progress - Maintain overview of ongoing work and set priorities - Analyze failures and contribute to root cause improvements - Monitor and report KPIs (time, budget, quality) Collaborate closely with engineers, planners, and operations teams Must-haves - You stay calm and maintain overview in a high-pressure environment - You communicate clearly and engage stakeholders effectively - You are solution-oriented and continuously improving - Safety is second nature to you, aligned with a GoalZero mindset - Strong technical competence in rotating equipment - Coordination and people management skills - Experience in a similar role within an asset owner enviro...
