You combine people, processes and technology to maintain the IKEA environment and building. You lead and support the Maintenance & Security teams. Together, you ensure a safe environment and a clean, functional and well-organized store for co-workers, visitors and customers. In doing so, you contribute to a healthy and sustainable working environment and to achieving strong business results, now and in the future. You are a leader who helps people grow, embraces change and enjoys improving the business. In addition, you bring: - At least 5 years of leadership experience within Facility Management, Maintenance or Building Management. - Experience with contract management, suppliers and maintenance processes. - Good knowledge of building management and relevant legislation and regulations. - Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills. - You are decisive, solution-oriented and know how to bring others along through change. - You thrive in a dynamic environment where no day is the same. - You are fluent in spoken and written English. Speaking Dutch is a strong preference.
