You will ensure that these products meet the needs of our internal business customers from the Bank, Non-life, and Life & Pension Business Units. You will lead the roadmap of a multidisciplinary DevOps team consisting of four sub-teams, playing a central role in all digital customer processes for these units. You do this in close collaboration with an Engineering manager who is responsible for the hiring and development of the engineers and their engineering practice. Key Responsibilities: - Product Strategy: Develop and implement the product vision and strategy for Customer Data IT products, focusing on customer needs and market developments. Develop and manage the corresponding budget plan - Team Leadership: Direct, guide and coach the 4 Product Owners within the subteams, ensuring alignment with OKRs - Stakeholder Management: Manage a diverse and complex stakeholder landscape with excellent communication and collaboration.
