You not only provide advice on the legal aspects of privacy but also ensure that organizations can implement privacy in a practical and workable way, without hindering their ambitions. Sometimes you sit at the table as a strategic advisor to the executive board, while at other times, you take on the role of interim Data Protection Officer or lead a GDPR implementation project. Whatever your role, you always maintain a focus on balancing privacy with the client's organizational goals. Your role as Privacy Consultant - Facilitating Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) in multidisciplinary teams to ensure that new services comply with legislation while maintaining user trust. - Enhancing an organization's privacy maturity by establishing privacy governance structures and leading awareness campaigns, addressing privacy risks across all levels of the organization. - Guiding a digital transformation where data security and privacy are core elements, such as in a large cloud migration project, with your advice helping to ensure both compliance and customer satisfaction. - Implementing privacyby design in an innovative AI pilot project, collaborating with IT experts to minimize the privacy impact without limiting technological progress.
