Technical Project Manager Our client is a growing asset and investment management company active within the real estate market with €400 million assets under management. The client manages real estate, via several strategies for their capital partners, in various sectors like Retail, Healthcare and Offices. Our client offers a Technical Project Manager position on Senior level within their Amsterdam-based team. About this position As Technical Project Manager you will be responsible for managing large CapEx projects of existing properties in the Netherlands and Germany with the following main responsibilities: • Managing large CapEx projects from initiative to realization in cooperation with external partners • Liaise with property manager, municipalities, developers, contractors, consultants and other relevant parties • Managing budget, time, risk and quality to ensure that the desired project results & objectives are delivered • Responsible for the maintenance policy and the implementation of the sustainability policy based on the real estate strategies • Analysing and monitoring technical status of the real estate portfolio and regularly updating, preparing and working out CapEx and OpEx budgets Qualifications & Experience Experience • At least 5 to 7 years of work experience from working within technical asset and project management area within real estate • Proven track record on property and project management • Skilled user in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word • Fluent in Dutch and English, German is a plus. Educational background • Bachelor's degree in Building Sciences/Civil engineering or a related field.
