We are mainly looking for someone with a positive attitude and a hands‑on mentality. It is also helpful if you: - Are available full‑time (38 hours per week). - Can work 2 Saturdays per month (4:00-12:00). - Are physically fit and comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures. - Are flexible with working hours between 4:00 and 21:00. - Enjoy teamwork, show initiative, and are eager to learn new things. - Speak Dutch, German, or English so you can follow safety instructions. - You don't need years of experience - motivation, willingness to learn, and a proactive mindset are the most important qualities for us!
