You will be grinding and finishing aluminum products. This is a physically active job in a 3-shift system, including night shifts. The basic hourly wage is €16.06. You will receive a 120% bonus for all hours worked, whether you work early, late, or night shifts. €16.06 x 120% = €19.27. On top of that, you will also receive €0.91 in ADV per hour worked: €19.27 + €0.91 = €20.18 gross per hour.
